Their quality edge and unrivalled quality characteristics are achieved through the choice of high-quality raw materials, the elaborate production process and the thermal treatment. Precise fibrillation is crucial for fast, uniform distribution and mixing in the concrete. Due to its special surface texture, which ensures better anchoring in the concrete matrix, Fibrofor High Grade has been used successfully for decades in industrial flooring and exterior applications.
Thanks to these parameters, 1 kg of Fibrofor High Grade per m³ of concrete is sufficient where otherwise 20 - 25 kg of steel fibres or up to 40 kg of conventional steel reinforcement would often be required.
It is determined on the basis of a project-specific static calculation whether the steel reinforcement can be completely replaced. Our concepts follow current standards (Eurocode) and recommendations.

Features
The especially rough provides efficient anchoring in the concrete and guarantees rapid three-dimensional distribution during the mixing process in the matrix. The increased technical parameters of the concrete can be used for static calculations.
Dosage
Fibrofor High Grade's dosage guideline is 1 kg per m³ of concrete as structural reinforcement. For shotcrete, a dosage of 1.5 - 6 kg of Fibrofor High Grade per m³ of sprayed material is recommended. Fibrofor High Grade is available in lengths of 19 mm (type 190) and 38 mm (type 380).

Application
Fibrofor High Grade is used in prefabrication, pumped concrete, crane concrete, shotcrete, bridge and concrete slab construction, floor slabs, concrete walls, concrete renovation, concrete piles, narrow walls, special foundations and various special applications in concrete construction.
